πŸ“œ End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 27.07.2025

Last Updated: 22.08.2025

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the AI Post Images Generator plugin (“Software”). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Licence Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on your personal or commercial WordPress websites. You may install the Software on multiple domains you manage, unless explicitly restricted by your purchase tier.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software without permission
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the code
  • Claim ownership or branding rights of the Software
  • Use the Software to violate copyright, privacy, or ethical standards

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of the developer. Third-party assets (e.g. AI-generated images, logos) remain under their respective copyright and licence terms.

4. Accuracy & Responsibility

AI-generated images may contain errors or unexpected elements. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying image content before publishing. This Software is a tool, not a final content authority.

5. Updates & Compatibility

We strive to ensure compatibility with popular WordPress themes and plugins. Updates may be issued periodically, and it is your responsibility to apply them for continued security and performance.

6. Refund Policy

If You change your mind about your Purchase and have not yet downloaded the paid Product (we track that event), then, upon Your request within fourteen (14) days from the Purchase date, we will issue a full refund of the Purchase price. For the avoidance of doubt, the following do not constitute a Purchase that would entitle you to another refund right: upgrading an existing Purchase – whether you are upgrading within the same plan (for example, purchasing additional license activations), upgrading from one plan to another plan (for example, from a ‘Starter’ account to a ‘Professional’ account), or upgrading to a different billing cycle (for example, from ‘monthly’ to ‘annual’); or purchasing a new additional license under a plan.

7. Termination

Your licence may be terminated if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all instances of the Software.

8. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within this region.
